In 2017, life threw Holly a plot twist: a breast cancer diagnosis and a double mastectomy. As she faced recovery head-on, Holly got curious. A late-night dive into CBD research — sparked by a random documentary — lit the match. The science was compelling, and the promise of natural healing without a cabinet full of prescriptions? Even more so.

Curious (and maybe just a little rebellious), she dove headfirst into research. Post-surgery, she started using CBD to manage pain and anxiety, and the results were impossible to ignore. The healing was real, and so was her fascination with plant-based wellness. That curiosity soon extended to THC, and Holly did what any bold, slightly stubborn, and incredibly driven woman would do: she started experimenting.

What began as a few infusions in her kitchen quickly turned into a full-blown obsession — the delicious, science-y kind. Holly built a test kitchen in her New Jersey home and got to work.
